GUAB offers you a fun and developing role as a gardener! The position is a full-time seasonal employment from April to September 2026.

Start date according to agreement.

Job Responsibilities:

The tasks consist of maintaining flower beds, pruning bushes, weeding, and watering for our clients, which include housing associations and communities. As a gardener, you will have daily contact with our clients and ensure their satisfaction by taking good care of the gardens.

Working hours are between 07:00 – 16:00 (flexible hours may be applicable).

Qualifications:

You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, have a B driver's license, and previous work experience in gardening or a strong interest in gardening is an advantage. You should have good knowledge of perennials and seasonal plants.

Personal Attributes:

The work involves close interaction with clients and being our face to the outside world. Therefore, we place great importance on social competence. You should be easy to work in a team as well as independently. Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility are important qualities to deliver our assignments with high quality.
